Hee! Well, I'm gonna make this harder and use my favorite characters from three different fandoms:

Marry: Benton Fraser, due South. The nice-guy thing goes a long way, I could totally handle long winters, and if pressed I could learn to live with a wolf in the house (even if Dief would spot me as a cat person in a heartbeat).

Shag: Rick Castle, Castle. The ruggedly handsome egomaniac type is awesome (in small doses), and he's enthusiastic about everything. :)

Cliff: Hikaru Sulu, ST:XI, because I could count on Kirk to catch him. :)

Aww, yes! I can agree with this a lot -- except I don't know Castle. I've seen maybe half an ep? But I adored Mal in Firefly, so... *g*

Nathan Fillion is fabulous in Castle -- I don't usually go for series based on mysteries, but Castle is definitely one of my favorite things on the air in the last decade. It's got charm, strong female characters in three different generations, front-and-center characters of color, snappy one-liners and comebacks, a strong supporting cast... and Nathan Fillion! Did I mention Nathan Fillion? :D

(I have been so tempted to volunteer to do meta for Castle: I Don't Know Why I Love You, But I Do - Why Castle Is Winning Us Over -- the only thing stopping me is I don't consider myself "in" Castle fandom. But omg, I could go on at such length about why I love that show! I just wouldn't want to stop anyone else from doing the same, esp. if they're more in touch with the fandom itself. :D)

My White Collar OT3: marry Peter, shag Elizabeth, cliff Neal. (Sorry, Neal! I'm hoping pretty sure you'll land on your feet!)

The Due South girls: marry Elaine, shag Stella, cliff Frannie.

The Leverage boys (I've only just started watching, so this is based on four episodes): marry Hardison, shag Nate, cliff Eliot.

Marry: Buddy French. All he really needs is someone to support him and believe in him, and I think I could handle living on Wilby.

Shag: Chris Cutter. He might have Dark Looming Issues, but... c'mon, he's Cutter. And he'd be gone before the issues could be a problem. >_>

Cliff: Geoffrey. Sorry, sorry, but the artistic temperament and I do not get along. XD

Cliff: Curtis (Twitch City). I've had my fill of people who are unstable. Hope is too good for you buddy. (Actually, I'm kind of tempted to cliff her as well). I think they'd get lucky and catch a ledge or something.
