Oh, I love this. I went "yay!" when I saw that the fic was Duck and Buddy friendship. I love to read about their history together, and this feels very true to them. I can see them both being impressed by the other person, if you see what I mean--Duck being aware of Buddy's family having a lot more money, and Buddy impressed by Duck's ability to fix things.

I would love to read a longer fic about them.
